| Your participation in the contest means that you have read and agreed to the terms and conditions mentioned here. |
| Contest Duration: |
| - The duration of the Contest is from June 1st, 2009 to June 30st, 2009 ("term") |
| - Winners will be declared on 1st July 2009 |
| Criteria: |
| - Photos should belong to the member who has uploaded them and the member should be present in one of the pictures in that album. If required Indyarocks has the right to ask for proof. In case adequate proof is not submitted by the member, Indyarocks has the right to disqualify the members participation in the contest. |
| - Obscene, Illegal and copyrighted material should not be uploaded. |
| Prizes: |
| 50 Best Photo Winners will get a cool Indyarocks T-shirt |
| How are the winners chosen: |
| Out of top 500 rated photos jury will pick 50 best photos. A member cannot win more than one prize. |
| Other terms and conditions: |
| - Only resident Indians who are above 15 years of age will be eligible to participate in this contest. |
| - Indyarocks reserves the right to verify the authenticity of your resident status in India and age. In exercising the right, Indyarocks may ask the participant to provide any documentary or other form of evidence, and if evidence does not establish the same then the Indyarocks, in their sole discretion, will have the right to disqualify the contestant. |
| - Indyarocks shall not be liable / responsible for any lost entries due to any reason including a technical problem. |
| - Indyarocks reserves the right to amend the rules of the contest or extend the period or cancel or discontinue the contest or any part thereof without giving any reasons or prior notice. |
| - Contest Participants should have their own photo as their profile pic. |
| - The winners have to provide their postal address and mobile number within one week of winning the contest in order to receive their prize. |
| - The winners of the contest agree that he/she shall make himself/herself available from time to time and co-operate with Indyarocks and participate in any activity and/or campaign of any nature whatsoever without no additional cost. |
| - No correspondence shall be entertained with regard to the Contest. |
| - Decision of Indyarocks shall be final and binding |
| - The participant agrees that he/she shall hold harmless the Management, Site, its employees, officers or any other person in connection with the contest and shall also not file in person/ through any family member and/or third party any applications, criminal and/or civil proceedings in any courts or forum in India against the Management and/or the Site to claim any damages or relief. |
| - The employees of Indyarocks or any associated companies and members of the immediate family of the employees of Indyarocks will not be eligible to participate in the Contest. |
| - The laws of India govern the contest and all disputes shall be settled within the jurisdiction of Hyderabad only. |
